Domain Name Now ("we," "our," "us") is a product of ChamsDel Online LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect when you use domainnamenow.co and how we handle it.

What we collect

Things you give us:

  • Text you type, speak, or upload as a brand description. We send this to our AI provider to generate domain suggestions. We do not store it server-side after the request completes.
  • File contents when you upload a .docx, .txt, or .md file. We extract the text on our server, use it to generate suggestions, and discard it. The file itself is not retained.

Things collected automatically:

  • Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, pages visited, timestamp). Retained up to 30 days for abuse prevention and diagnostics.
  • Anonymous aggregate analytics (page views, feature usage). We do not fingerprint users across sites.

We do not require account creation. We do not collect names, email addresses, payment information, or contact details unless you email us directly.

Third-party services

Domain Name Now integrates with the following third parties. Their privacy practices are their own.

  • Anthropic — we send your brand descriptions to Claude to generate names. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
  • Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure.
  • Namecheap and GoDaddy — when you click a "Get it" or registrar link, you are redirected to their site. We do not process the purchase; they do. We may receive an affiliate commission.
  • RDAP public registry queries for domain availability. These queries include the domain string but not your IP or identifiers.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies for functional purposes (e.g., maintaining your session state on the page). You can block all cookies in your browser; the site will continue to function. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies at this time.

Affiliate disclosure

We earn a commission when you register a domain through links on this site. Commission does not change the price you pay. All pricing displayed is indicative; the registrar shows the final price at checkout.

Your rights

You may:

  • Request a copy of any data tied to your IP or session
  • Request deletion of any data we hold
  • Opt out of analytics by using a browser in private/incognito mode or a tracker-blocking extension
