The Service

Domain Name Now generates domain name suggestions based on a brand description you provide, checks their availability against public registry data, and presents purchase links at third-party registrars. The Service is free to use for name generation and availability checks. Domain registration itself is handled by the third-party registrar you choose.

Name quality and availability

Suggestions are generated by AI and are provided as-is. We do not guarantee that any suggested name is trademark-free, culturally neutral, brandable, or legally usable in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for conducting your own trademark and brand clearance before registering or using any name.

Availability results are based on real-time registry checks at the moment of query. A domain shown as available may become registered by another party between the time we check and the time you attempt to register it. Pricing shown is indicative; the registrar displays the final price at checkout.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate names intended for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or malicious purposes
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the API or availability checker
• Submit content you do not have the right to submit
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the infrastructure it runs on

Affiliate relationships

We participate in affiliate programs with Namecheap, GoDaddy, and other registrars. When you click a purchase link and register a domain, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This relationship does not influence the order or selection of names we suggest, which are generated by AI based solely on your brand description.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and brand, is owned by ChamsDel Online LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Domain name suggestions themselves are not copyrightable; you are free to register and use any name the Service suggests.

Content you submit (brand descriptions, uploaded files) remains yours. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating suggestions and returning them to you. We do not retain this content after the request completes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that availability or pricing data will be accurate at any given moment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChamsDel Online LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, harms other users, or exposes us to legal risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
